Hi,

We use several external ip addresses on our isa server. Is it possible to
define which external ip address is used on some outgoing connections?

no, ISA Servers uses the first IP Address bound on the Network card in
Windows.
You have to wait for TMG, which support 1:1 NAT for SMTP
