  Neither. &lt;br&gt; Tables store data... under the hood, unexposed to user view or interaction. &lt;br&gt; Queries arrange, select and sort data... under the hood, unexposed to user &lt;br&gt; view or interaction. &lt;br&gt; In a professional database, users will essentially NEVER see a table or query &lt;br&gt; datasheet; all interaction with data should be via a Form.

  Hi Al, &lt;br&gt; Actually I added a new field called PRINTME next to the name of the &lt;br&gt; restaurant in the table format. In Design View of my table, the data type &lt;br&gt; is YES/NO. I attempted to put a check mark next to several restaurants and &lt;br&gt; it accepts the check mark. &lt;br&gt; I am a little confused by several suggestions you made.

  Excellent. OWC10 isn&#39;t required. But then what about the other &lt;br&gt; references also possibly not required? VBIDE, stdole, MSComDlg and &lt;br&gt; MSXML2. Remove those one at a time and compile. If the compile &lt;br&gt; fails then put the reference back and try the next one. &lt;br&gt; Also the code I supplied would&#39;ve failed when it got to the OWC

  I have recently installed Microsoft Office 2008 onto my G5 Mac PPC running on &lt;br&gt; Leopard 10.5.8. &lt;br&gt; Every time I save a new document, Word also saves a folder with sub folders &lt;br&gt; in addition to the new file. &lt;br&gt; Is this additional folder necessary, and if so, why? or, how can I prevent &lt;br&gt; that default action.

  In general, Access does consume some memory, but it quickly gives it up when &lt;br&gt; some other process requests it, so there should be no issue. &lt;br&gt; Is it just a case that you&#39;re not expecting to see activity, or are you &lt;br&gt; actually having a problem?
