Hmm.... i'm not sure exactly what you're doing to link the tables... if this
"Linked Table Manager" is something additional you downloaded, you might want
to can it for now. You likely won't be changing the locations of your linked
tables very often, so just stick to the default method:
1. Move your back-end to the network drive or server where you want it to
stay.
2. Open the front-end and click File > Get External Data > Link Tables
3. Enter in the full file name of your back-end, or navigate to it manually.
4. Select the tables you want to link to and hit the OK button.
If the table names already exist, a digit will be appended to the end of the
table name. You can just rename it to the original name and it will take the
place of the old table link. You can create links to as many different
external databases as you'd like. Almost anyway :-p
That's about all I can give you from what you've told us so far. You
weren't very clear with your description, so get back to us if you're still
having a problem and be a bit more descriptive.
