Subject: CoHousing Mexico-style for baby boomer Mexicans & NorteAmericanos...
A CoHousing development for 10-20-25 self-selected folks in SC!?

Idea!:
These self-selected persons who live and/or visit SC and who love it
and the Sea of Cortez--buy about 10 acres near the sea, build 20-30
MODEST homes ( I would suggest 2 bedrooms, 1.74 baths, living room, 2
patios; the Common/Community house would house all those things we like
but don't need that often in our homes---expresso coffee makers, HDTV,
washers/dryers, a common swimming pool & exercise room--go on! Think of
more...) We, those lucky few self selected folks, would directly
negotiate with land-owner, banks, contractor, vendors, etc., etc.....)

If there was enough interest I'de be down in a FLASH!.

CoHousing you ask:

When this was posted on the SanCarlos.com forum a ' handle ' was '
disabled '.

Caveat Emptor/Buyer Beware!.

I think we know who controls THAT ' forum ': Real Estate & Developer
interests who know competition when they see it.

These are ' retirees ' who import their greed and worship of Mammon
with them from ' up North '.

Visitors & Residents of San Carlos: Potential real estate buyers or
renters should BEWARE.
