- long = 30-45 minutes + 15 minutes for questions
- short = 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
Ideally we'll have a few short talks plus a long talk at each meeting.
People are welcome to do a short talk to test the waters on a topic, and then follow it up with a long talk at a later date if there's interest.
