Well on the jobs theme you might want to take a look at the following
blog post. It has no less than six sites for Ruby jobs. So all you
need to do now is write a trawl app for all six sites and pick job you
want ;)

Before I heard about www.workingwithrails.com I setup a page on google
groups for members are available for contracting. While I'd recommend
putting your details on the workingwithrails site, you're welcome to
add/update your details on our page. It's editable by anyone subscribed
to the group.
