Subject: Ruby/Tech conferences next year?
Hey guys,

I'm heading back to Australia in Feb/March next year, wondering if I
can make the most of the trip by squeezing in a local conference. Does
anybody know if anything is on?

Thanks,

Glenn

JAOO is in May, though it's not really about Ruby...

Any idea what state it'll be in?  The link below is for May 2008,
which isn't really very useful.

There's also OSDC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OSDC) the open source
developer's conference - but again, it had very little ruby in last
year's schedule, it was mostly Perl and Python with a bit of Groovy
evangelism thrown in.  And there are no details I can see for OSDC
2009.

The other option is Linux Conf, which had a bit of Ruby last year -
it's Jan 19th to 24th in Hobart, details at http://linux.conf.au/ -
and early bird registrations end soon!  But it tends to be far more
admin than code focused.

- Korny (who'd also like to know of any other conferences next year...)
