There are so many choices that it really depends on how much you want
to spend. I use and RME Fireface and it is amazing but I used to use an M-Audio MobilePreUSB and it was very solid. The RME has lower latency and I do more with it but it is almost 10 times more expensive than the other one so depending on what you are doing overall with your computer you should make the choice.
