Subject: Cannot use "custom sounds" ?????

Looking for a little help here. Recently purchase a Mandala 2.0 and
have the most current software update. I really need to be able to use
imported sounds with the Mandala software. I have atempted to import
sounds that I have located in my "user sounds" file and they are the
correct file type. However when I go to select that new sound from the
zone drop down list it only shows up in the list one time and then
goes away. When I do select if from the list it shows up as being
assinged to that particular zone. However it does not produce the
actual sound rather some other random sound that has nothing to do
with what I just selected as my newly imported sample. I know this may
sound a little confusing, but has anyone else had the same problem. I
hate to rely on Battery 3 because I like the precise control the
Mandala software offers over the pad sensitivity. Thanks!

Could Vista be screwing this up? Do I need to run the program in some
conformant mode?
