That happend after instalation of MaxMSP.... reinstalation,
uninstalation of it doesn't help

Massage:
"the procedure entry point patcher_resolvepatcher could not be located
in the dynamic link library MaxAPI.dl"

Any ideas?

PS
I'm so frustrated about this MaxMSP... from the begining I had errors
(MaxMSP has stopped working and so on)...and now I've no idea where's
a deal..

sounds like some windows registry weirdness as a result of multiple
different versions of max/msp having been installed on your system.
the version you just installed might be confused because of old files
somewhere in your system.
