Right spoke with them and they are very interested in the feature they
just didn't think it right for a GSoC project. They already have a non
student working on it and have a wiki page at
http://wiki.koffice.org/index.php?title=3DCollaboration :-) Basically a
lot of people in Koffice would be interested in seeing this move
forward so when you ping them use the koffice-devel mailing list.
