An EGM was held on 16th September 2007 at Kempsey Pool which approved the name change from Saints Soccer Club Inc to Kempsey Saints Football Club Inc

The paper work and fees need to be paid to dept of fair trading prior to all changes taking effect.

Changes are proposed for the Saints constitution as the old constitution is inadequate as a set of rules to govern the club proffessionally into the future.

We will be forming a new constitution in the off season and will put it to an EGM in early 2008 for adoption.
