How do one delete permanently a customer record from customer file am using
T24 on R04.

Hi Tans,

Irrespective of your release you never be able to reverse the cutsomer
record in T24. You can use Posting Restriction of customer level to make it
as dormant profile.

Exactly. Consult with Temenos if you really need to physically remove CUSTOMER records. I am sure that vendor can propose you some sort of "unofficial" steps which will include a lot of data checks. I am pretty sure that you will have to apply procedure on your own risk - therefore it is not recommended ;)
 
Customer deletion was simply not foreseen by the T24 package.
 
I hope you did not put "potential customer" records to your CUSTOMER application. This would be veeeery baaaaad idea (seen not once).
