I've been going through the files section of HUG's site and have come
across a number of duplicated songsheets...up to 4 versions in some
cases! This can be extremely confusing, especially for new members. I
would appreciate some cooperation in keeping the site as clean and
easy to use as possible. So, in future, could the following procedures
be followed...

If you're updating your own songsheet, please remove the older version
when uploading the newer one.

If you're updating someone else's songsheet, please contact the
original author (or if they've moved on, me as I can remove anyone's
upload!) and request the older version be removed.

If you produce 2 (or more) songsheets for the one song in different
keys...and I assume this is done so the group can decide which key to
use??...please remove the songsheet in the unwanted key as soon as the
group makes its decision.

Your cooperation in this will be most appreciated.
