New HUGers of all ages & all levels and visits from travelling ukers from anywhere in the world

bring a uke (from around $20 at all music shops)

& a smile (obligatory!)

let your hair down (advisable!)

& your inhibitions melt (unavoidable!)

& have a rollicking good time (inevitable!)

GoChords! - an online tool for songwriting and playing your songs. It has chord tabs that you can move into position, over your lyrics. You can change the key of the song and the chords tabs to accommodate different instruments. It's not just a writing site, it encourages collaboration! You can start or join groups. The site will be featuring songwriters' videos and we are planning to add many fun features.

Tom Chippindall - Tasmanian & Victorian based luthier specialising in handmade mandolins, other mandolin family instruments & ukuleles. Since 2003 he has been working with Daniel Brauchli in Tasmania.

Daniel Brauchli - pron. (brow klee) - Alaskan born and Tasmanian based luthier has been playing, designing and building musical instruments for over thirty years. Now living in Tasmania, Daniel is making musical instruments full time.
