Subject: help with google redirection to spam site
When someone searches for our company, Essential Eye Photographics,
any link to essentialeye.com from Google's search results gets
redirected to a fake spam-scanning site called
computerfastscanner.com. (Essentialeye.com resolves correctly when it
is entered in the browser as a direct request.) Has Google been
hacked?

By the way, 45 minutes of research through all the layers of help
pages on Google has revealed no option to inform Google directly that
their search results may have been compromised.

Sorry, it's your site which must have been hacked.

The hack code  would be testing for  referrer, if it's Google or other
major search engine, a malicious redirection occurs.

Check all your .htaccess files in all folders, php scripts.

Inform your hoster.

Good luck.
