I feel like I have tried everything that Google has told me to do. Add
a sitemap, add the robots.txt file, add meta-data, etc, and after a
month, I still have no listing in Google.
My site is http://www.lialezon.com and it is all Flash. Google has
stated that they can read the text within Flash, so I am not sure what
else to do at this point. Any suggestions?
You'll also need to get at least one good quality link in order to
have your site included in Google. Search on "building links" and
you'll find some good advice. Good luck!

What google actually said is that they will do their best to extract
text and links from Flash movies and yes they can do this to a large
extent.
But a lot depends on various factors about the way that you
implemented your flash movie and the way you incorporated it in your
page.
You should never expect a site that is entirely Flash-based and has no
regard for the needs of search engines to do well in SERPs.
You have not provided any <noscript> alternative to the Flash movie
and you have put meta data in the <body> instead of the <head>
section.
<meta name="keywords" content="Photography Dallas Fort Worth DFW
Photos Lia Lezon lialezon bridal youth family wedding baby
maternity" /
<meta name="description" content="Lia Lezon, a DFW area photographer,
is available for all of your photo needs, including maternity, baby,
bridal, wedding, and family." />
Google has published guidance on best practice regarding Flash-based
site and I think you could benefit from studying that.

Google are doing me a favor by not indexing your site ... I am still
waiting for it to load while I am typing this. What do you think your
visitors think of that waiting around? Forget Google think about your
visitor.
Its finally loaded and had that awful music .. I could not shut your
site down quick enough. Forget about Google and think about how many
visitors do that.
IMHO - Google should ban all flash sites as they are not doing
searchers any favors by sending them to all flash sites.
