I have a site http://www.medicaltourismintamilnadu.com/ started in
2006.Till May/June2008 I was ranking about the top 4 or 5 for the
keywords "Medical Tourism in Tamil Nadu." All of a sudden, I have been
pushed to the fourth or the fifth page.My page rank is 4 and I am also
listed both  in the google and the open directory.When I see the
cached page by google for the keywords "Medical tourism in tamilandu",
I find no highlighted words for the keywords though there are plenty
of keywords.can you help me correct the problem?
