The process is called 'reverse geocoding', searching for that should
help you find more information.

the geocode get and adress and return a lat and long
but i have the lat and the long i want to get the adress
i don't know how

That is (as Rossko said) "reverse geocoding" (the process of taking a
position in latitude and longitude and resolving it to an address.
