Subject: Problem overlay kml in conjunction with “Did You Mean” Geocode
Hello all,
I have successfully taken Mike Williams example code for “Did You
Mean” in relation to a geocode and made it work for my site.  I am now
trying to add in additional functionality to the site in addition to
the geocode functionality.  In this example, http://mysite.verizon.net/bizzoi1s/Example.html
the geocode locator and ‘did you mean’ functions work fine (just use
the default and choose the Paxtonia, PA example) the check boxes on
the right do not because I can’t seem to tie the data to them.  In
lies the problem.  How do I get the kml data to load so that the check
boxes turn on and off?  I do have this working for a separate site
example here http://mysite.verizon.net/bizzoi1s/Web_demo/demobackup.html
– but the problem is, I can’t seem to combine the two sites into one
site that has the functionality of the checkboxes and data layers,
with the functionality of a geocode locator with the ‘did you mean’
function.  Any thoughts, ideas, example code, code help, etc?
Thanks,
Carrie

Showing two pages that work ... will not help anyone showing you what
you did
wrong when you tried to combine them. It could be a trivially
incorrect thing and usually
means you need to get better control of your debugging software.,, as
it stands
you arent letting us use our debuggers or other tools to help you. The
idea is
as much as possible help the all the volunteers here.

Ok - here is the link where I attempted to embed the kml overlays with
the checkboxes http://mysite.verizon.net/bizzoi1s/Examplenotworking.html
.  See my first post above to see what I'm trying to get as an end
result.
Thanks
