I can't get one marker on my map!!!

I had a few maps going under the old API, but since it has been
changed, I can't get my maps functioning again!

This link has my old code:

This link has my attempted new code, but I can't get it working:

What am I doing wrong?  I'm not even trying to use my own marker icons
yet.  I would like to eventually, but I am not sure where to begin on
that either.

What's not working? Looks fine to me. Custom markers, infoWindows, the
lot.
