The mapkit frameworks, directs me back to here :
"The MapKit framework uses Google services to provide map data. Use of
this class and the
associated interfaces binds you to the Google Maps/Google Earth API
terms of service.."
So, are we allowed to use Apple iPhone Map Kit framework In commercial
Application?
Thank you

Read the terms in the context of what you plan..
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html So far as Google Maps goes, there is nothing there that prohibits use
in a "commerial Application" but thats a vague term.
i.e you can use it to promote your business etc.
but you may not charge for use of your map etc.
Hi again,
I’m confused with the T&C.
Apple iphone Mapkit framework allows me to embed google maps not as a
browser application.
In my planned paid application the maps would only be an additional
feature and would be free to those who wish to enable it.
Can I embed apple iPhone Mapkit framework within a PAID native iPhone
application?Do I need a premier ver?
How can I contact Google?
Thank you

Those terms state (9.1) "Your Maps API Implementation may not charge
an incremental fee solely for the Service," and (10.4) "You may not
charge users or any other third party any incremental fee solely for
the use of the Maps API Implementation, the Service, or the Content."
So it appears that for the iPhone, you can charge for the app but may
not charge extra for maps.
