Subject: Apache SPEP Alpha 3 (0.3) released
Hi everyone,

I am pleased to announce the Alpha 3 (0.3) release of the Apache SPEP
libraries. This release contains many bug fixes and some significant
work to the web services code.

Anyone out there wishing to upgrade will need to make a minor change
to their ESOE environment, detailed on the Apache SPEP wiki page at:
http://esoeproject.org/confluence/display/eu/Apache+SPEP+Installation...

You may notice the lack of an Alpha 2 release. This release was rolled
internally a few weeks ago for testing and patched up to form the more
stable release we are putting out today.

As with last time, this release includes the improved Alpha 3 version
of the SAML2 library for C++, as well as the SPEP daemon and an Apache
module. There are some minor changes to the installation process which
have been updated on the esoeproject.org wiki.

Links for download are now available at:
http://esoeproject.org/releases/alphas/apache/

Regards,
Shaun Mangelsdorf
