I believe the main issue is with postgres - there's a query on the
dashboard it doesn't like. I think you are the same person who provided
a patch for this on github - I will look at pulling it into master.

Heroku support confirms, that openID delegation with the free-plan won't
work, as the "one free dyno" (kind of heroku-equivalent for one mongrel
process) waits for third party authentication and finaly is catched by a
timout.

Anyway when I configure enki.yml to login directly with openID like this:

yeah, not sure how heroku works but if they're essentially running your
site on one mongrel openID delegation won't work.

blame on me - not reading/understanding the comments in enki.yml. With
[link] openid-login works out-of-the-box!

Pushing the source to heroku and trying again, I get now the message "Sorry,
the OpenID server couldn't be found". Could that routing problem be founded
on the earlier described problem with "mongrel/yadis" or a subdomain issue (

admin/sessions_controller

I replaced all RAILS_ENV with ::RAILS_ENV in
sessions_controller_spec.rb to take care of this spec test failure.
Not sure if that's the right solution, but new scoping rule with Ruby
1.9 seem to cause this issue.

UPDATE: I resolved #1 in a better way by uninstalling my local
"will_paginate" gem and reinstalling "mislav-will_paginate".
Apparently, even though the version was correct (2.3.11) that is being
obsoleted. The github mislav-will_paginate wiki has the following:

The name of the will_paginate gem is now “mislav-will_paginate”

Yeah, I saw the same thing. I went into the code and change the query
it was using to display recent posts or not. That does seem to be
broken.

I setup Enki in a few minutes to play. Logged in as an admin without
any account as per the checkbox allowing that, and then made couple of

FWIW ... I added :

require 'delegate'

to top of lib/enki/config.rb

and that resolved this problem. I am running ruby 1.9.1p129 which
might explain this ... I'm not sure.

Just downloaded Enki and am trying to get it up and running. I have a
working rails environment and I think I have all the Enki prereq gems
installed.

I updated the enki.rb file in config/ but when I run rake db:migrate,

You don't have to install Ubuntu, just use Ruby 1.8.7. Probably Ruby
1.9 will raise same errors. I will post stack trace here later today.
