Binary packages and ports are about the same thing. Specifically, the
binary packages for 4.6 come from the ports system for 4.6.
You should be able to find a ports.tar.gz archive under the 4.6 directory,
that you can uncompress under /usr/ports.
You could also check it out from cvs, using -rOPENBSD_4_6 as a tag

ich habe mir das OpenBSD 4.6 installiert (i386)
Lt. den Seiten bei Wikipedia sollte das ports System
vgl. [link])
unter /usr/ports vorhanden sein. Aber ich kann diesen
Pfad leider nicht ausmachen.
Dabei habe ich bei der Installation _alle_ sets gewaehlt

We're considering replacing our PII based OpenBSD DNS servers with
some surplus Xserve G5 dual core, 2 GHz. While the OpenBSD PPC page
lists this model as being know to work, it states "SATA does not work
on PowerMac G5 and Xserve G5 systems." Is that still current?
Are there any work around measures?

I have a file of ISBN's that I'm tracking the price of on Amazon.com.
I have an alias that appends ISBN's to the file "/scripts/work/
ISBNS.txt".
it is defined as:

Have you tried setting machdep.led_blink=1 with sysctl? Not sure if it
works on sparc64 or specifically the V100, but it will blink the front
panel LED on sparc systems.

There is even a "auto" layout ...
Read the rest of the FAQ too.
Get used to the fact that the documentation in the *BSD's is better than
in Linux/GNU.

I set up a windows share using shlight on a Solaris 10 Unix server:
/usr/local/bin/shlight //1.9.87.56/EFTile /mypit -U roguser -W MANAGED
-P coolday -F . -F .
It works fine.
But no matter what I do someone on the unix /mypit can go and update/
delete/add files.

In OpenBSD you can use hoststated combined with rdr anchor ruleset.
For retreive all statistics about loadbalancing nodes use hoststatectl
show summary.
