I played it without any patches when it first came out and had no
problems with the game.
I'll have to see if I have "Project Eden" squirrled away somewhere
and give it a try.

I don't agree. There are a lot of people who clearly do care about this
game hence the continued interest in the patches and the requests for
fixes. Now, I played the game, thought it was poor and never finished
it and while I don't understand the interest or Werners obsession with
constantly messing with it the links that mouse posts to the patches are
