It's come to my attention that many (if not all) of the requested
discs I sent out in the last year or so (in three separate batches)
never reached their intended destinations.  If you requested a disc
from me, and never received it, please accept my apology.  I'm not
sure what happened, and in the end, it really doesn't matter.  The end
result is, you didn't get your disc.

I am going to try to find the addresses that were supposed to receive
the DVDs and resend, but if you didn't get one and you had asked,
please send me another email and I'll get a disc in the mail as soon
as possible.

Again, I apologize.
