I just picked up the ROM1 Pitz was selling on c.s.a.m (yay!) which is
actually the 3rd ROM 1 that I've picked up in the past few months.
Including my original ROM1, I now have 4! :)
The TWGS looks stock, 28MHz crystal, original 8K cache, and I've been
to the Reactive Micro site to scope out upgrades.
replacement inkjet printer for Apple 2

I'm trying to replace a printer on a relative's Apple 2e system. It
was an Apollo inkjet printer - a less expensive version of an HP
Deskjet 450(?).
All I need is a character mode printer that works with a parallel card
in slot 1 under Apple DOS. I really would prefer an injket to a dot
matrix or laser printer.

Some discussion on the Wikipedia page got me wondering: how is the Apple
IIgs beep generated? Some say it is an algorithmically drawn waveform, fed
to the DOC, while others suppose that it is generated by the Ensoniq.
Anyone have the full details?

Anyone know of

Support Multiple Languages to Emulator?

Apple II Family always uses ASCII. It supports only one language.
One language has its own character font like English. If Spanish,
German, or other languages are chosen, then character font must be
changed like TEXT ROM is swaped. Unfortunately, ASCII is limited to
256 characters.
Apple IIgs has the option. Let me ask your opinion. I thought

Here's a neat little (true) story which took place earlier today:
I and another classmate had been designated in our Industrial Technology
class to give a presentation on Space technology. Others in the class
gave/will give presentations on other technologies. The criteria: we must
have a roughly 10 minute presentation where we do the talking, a discussion
