Best of Creative Computing  1 & 2

Best of Byte

What To Do After You Hit Return

I'd like the software on disk/emulator also, if available.

If you mean the "Micro on the Apple" series of disks,
I converted them to 16sector and uploaded to Asimov yonks ago.
Should be there, or on one of the mirrors.
