The Barrios WorldWideWeb Competition is a unique genre of competition that
takes place via the internet.  It is free and open to young guitarists from
18 to 30 years of age from anywhere in the world.

The competition begins on 1 July 2009 and ends of December 6, with the Grand
Finale in the Teatro Municipal Ignacio A. Pane in the Paraguayan capital
Asuncion.
