Subject: Beyond No Money Down - Get PAID to Buy Houses
There are actually a lot of different situations where someone would
be willing to pay you to take their house, we go through them in the
course. But we'll give you one example now;
Let's say you've met a nice couple who have purchased a new home, but
they just can't seem to get their old house sold - amd they've been
trying to sell it for 3 months.
Their new house is about to close, and if they don't sell the old
place really soon, they're going to end up with two house payments!
And there is no way they are going to be able to handle two house
payments!
So what's going to happen? What options do they have?
Maybe they could lower their sales price and hope for a quick sale. Or
maybe they should list the place with a Realtor. Or they could always
rent the house out.
They could give up on buying the new house...But, man! They LOVE that
new house!
How well do you think these sellers are sleeping these days? Yeah,
probably not very well, huh?
To make matters worse, even if they drop their sales price there is no
guarantee the house will sell quickly. How low would they have to drop
the price in order to get it sold today?
What about listing with a Realtor? Still no guarantee the house will
sell fast! The Realtor will want to lower the price and try to get
some action happening on the house. But even when it sells they'll
still be looking at a 30 to 90 day closing period. AND, they'll have
to pay that 6-7% commission!
They could try to rent the house out, but aren't really sure how that
works. They hadn't planned on being 'landlords'...
Do you realize that there are people in this exact situation living
near you right now, lying awake each night PRAYING that somehow
they'll get out of this problem?
We can show you how to put an end to all of their worries RIGHT NOW!
Don't you think that at least some of these sellers might be willing
to pay a little money to end their nightmare right now? TODAY! (And
keep in mind, a Realtor's commission on even a $150,000 house is going
to be in the $9,000 range!)
What do you think YOU might be willing to pay if you were in their
situation? $1,000? $3,000? $6,000? More?
Exactly! ?We will show you how to get paid to to give these sellers
the thing they need most -- peace of mind. And peace of mind is
PRICELESS!
