Subject: Informal meeting tomorrow night

Dear all,

As mentioned in previous emails, tomorrow night's official meeting has been
cancelled but you are all invited to come along to the Council Chambers at
90 Bell St, Coburg for the Council's budget submissions hearing meeting, at
which the BUG will be giving a verbal submission. Afterwards we will head
over the road to Brown's Corner Hotel (corner of Sydney Rd and Bell St,
Coburg) for an informal bike chat. Nicholas Elliot from council will be
bringing along designs for a bunch of works that are planned around the
municipality, as listed below, so if you'd like to have a look at them and
provide feedback please join us at the pub from 7:30pm (even if you can't
make it to the council meeting beforehand).

The designs Nicholas will be bringing are for:
Merri Ck
improved access under Moreland Rd and Blyth St bridges, and a new ramp
design near the King St electricity sub-station
On-road
Brunswick Truscott median crossing, Dawson Pearson Grantham, and John
Glenlyon
1-way streets
various 1-way streets have been investigated and 3 options for sending bikes
in the counter-flow direction have been developed for each

Hope to see you tomorrow night,

Anna
