Do we have any data on who cycles in Fawkner at present, and where
they cycle to?
First priority is to meet the needs of those existing riders, not just
fill the area with generic "facilities" to meet some imagined

The Jika Jika Community Centre (in Northcote) runs a program called
‘Learn to Ride from Scratch’, in which trained volunteers teach
absolute beginners of all ages (usually adults) the basics of riding a
