  Hi everyone, &lt;br&gt; Nicholas Elliot, Transport Projects Officer at Moreland City Council, &lt;br&gt; has just informed me there are works due to commence on the Western &lt;br&gt; Ring Road Path due to bridge works at Wallace/Jack Roper Reserves. &lt;br&gt; The works are to begin on 23 November, but Nicholas does not know when &lt;br&gt; they are due to finish.
