I personally find that SELF compassion is sometimes the hardest thing to do for my self. Within that I have also learned that in order to show TRUE compassion to someone else one has to do it to one self first. Also there is a big difference between self pitty, pitty for others and compassion which one learns to see once we start be compassionate towards our selves.

Enjoy the journey.and the seeds which lie within us...! .....and cultivate those seeds which some of do have the potential to grow into huge trees giving shade and food to many other living organisms.
