I would end corporate tax deductions for cigarette and alcohol advertising, and fund research into ways to cure drug addiction. I recently read of a vaccine that blocks nicotine from reaching the brain, thus eliminating the smoker's high that keeps them addicted.

IMHO, seasonal labor demands in the U.S. should be allowed to be fulfilled by foreign workers using work visas and subject to U.S. wage, tax, and labor laws.
