It is! Except it's one tenth of a Bel. It's a combersome unit like the Farad which is also too large to use in its entirity, unless you're looking a capacitors in power stations which can be measured in whole Farads. Not many though.
Faraday: When they celebrate installing a new extra-large capacitor at a power station.

I got a new tease trainer (the old one resigned!) then had a look around and also came away with a cordless kettle @ £34 ($56.17) and some new Beano Clears. Nikon ones. 10 x 50s, @ £149. ($246.15) They're so sharp and clear that they really show up how worn and knackered my old pair are. These are Pentax ones I bought in the early 70s and they spent a hell of a lot of time rattling about in my motorbike's top-box when I went all over the place looking for birds. Feathered ones! Shell Ness, Dungeness, The Wash, Salisbury Plain, Burnham on Crouch (Painfull, that place!) Bradwell on Sea - places like that..
And come two thin cough it - when I'm out using them up Hampstead Heath I'll be bird watching, and when I'm on here, I'm word botching!!
Alan B. Combs what? Somebody else? A tree? A duck-billed platypus??
