Hey Guys,

Janine Cahill has invited Bar CampSydney to her Global Futures Event on Sunday 17th August 2008.

The venue for this year is in the grounds at the neighbourhood centre and Town Hall near the old Hub Theatre at Newtown.

If you you like to go ahead with a mini Barcamp, there has been a larger area allocated for Barcamp in the Town Hall

then what was available last year in the tent.

Neighborhood Centre, giving

young people the chance to

discuss ideas of the future

Live Futures 2020 is an annual futures festival in Sydney and online with friends coming in from all over the world.

What will the world be like?

What are each of us doing right now to create the kind of world we want to live in?

Join futurists, scientists, technologists, designers, film-makers, engineers, artists, ecologists, architects, global citizens ......

on a day of foresight, fun and (th) frills.
