ck which
you may have seen.=E2=80=A9=E2=80=A9Couple of stand out things that i though=
t worked
really well.=E2=80=A9=E2=80=A9- speed networking early on in the day. Its a =
great way
to break the ice and also fits in really well initially when you dont
have many speaking slots filled=E2=80=A9- have the schedule well away from t=

doors and try not to have too many loud conversations outside the
rooms=E2=80=A9- mick and i set up one of the rooms to be more round chair
style (ie. All chairs in a circle). The other rooms were classroom
style. That worked well.=E2=80=A9- every barcamp the enterprenuerial type
sessions (advice, success stories, group therapy) tend to get big
crowds so try to encourage any enterprenuers to get together for a
group chat =E2=80=A9=E2=80=A9Hope that helps=E2=80=A9Ivo
