you may have seen.  Couple of stand out things that i thought worked
really well.  - speed networking early on in the day. Its a great way

have many speaking slots filled - have the schedule well away from the
doors and try not to have too many loud conversations outside the
rooms - mick and i set up one of the rooms to be more round chair
style (ie. All chairs in a circle). The other rooms were classroom
style. That worked well. - every barcamp the enterprenuerial type
sessions (advice, success stories, group therapy) tend to get big
crowds so try to encourage any enterprenuers to get together for a
