  So, here&#39;s what I&#39;ve learned: &lt;br&gt; - be early to the venue if you&#39;re an unorganiser &lt;br&gt; - have lots of markers, big labels (for name tags), butcher&#39;s paper, &lt;br&gt; Blu-Tack and Post-Its &lt;br&gt; - make sure the wifi works - Meraki FTW &lt;br&gt; - know the venue (we need to visit in the next week to scope it) &lt;br&gt; - be nice but firm on the time slots
