I've contacted everyone who recently expressed interest about helping out and asked who would like to go on the unorganiser mail list. At this point I have had only two people respond saying they are happy to be added to this list.
I'd really like a few more people on this list as this is where some of the more fundamental decisions will be made. We have to decide on a date and start sorting out the venue. We also need to get back to sponsors who are knocking on our door (one of whom has waited patiently for months).
If you want to join the unorganisers mail list, even if only to help out in small ways, please let me know off list asap. Then we can get moving fast! :)

I've received a range of responses now (on and offlist) offering to join the mail list. I'll be adding all names to the unorganiser list this arvo and sending out the key items to start discussing. It may be worthwhile, for those that can make it, to have a face to face meeting mid next week.
Anyway, best to sort the basics out on the unorganiser list and then come back here with updates. If you still want to be added to the list, let me know off-list!
