Hi all,
Woke to the sight of a white snowy landscape on the Brindabellas to the wes=
t of Canberra this morning.Snow was lying down to the 1,000 metre level but=
 has now risen to 1500 metres with heavy clouds over the summits.I expect a=
s the wind shifts southerly that will be the end of the falls.Wind chill un=
pleasent to say the least.Rainfalls to 9am;1st=3D13.8,2nd=3D1.3 and 3rd 4.1=
mm.Over 80mm at Mt Ginni on the mountains so should be a nice flow to our d=
ams when the snow melts-currently 42%.
Bet the people on the snowfields must be happy! NSW /ACT School Vac starts =
at 3.30 pm today.
