WHY murder camels at GREAT expense when taxpayers will EVENTUALLY have to PAY to tame and farm them
WHY waste money driving the camels FERAL so they cannot be FARMED
in a few years taxpayers will again PAY to undo the DAMAGE being done by FOOLS
The recent dust storms came from beef and sheep and grain country
examine weather maps and see rain in camel country has DOUBLED in the last 50 years , thats WHY camels are the BEST thing that EVER happened since the Aboriginals KILLED off the Diprotodons , camels are NEEDED to replace them
Diprotodon This hippo-sized marsupial, that roamed much of Australia, became extinct about 40,000 years ago. This fossil skeleton was excavated from a salt lake in the north of South Australia. http://www.samuseum.sa.gov.au/fossils/images/fgw7/diprotodon.jpg
The massive Diprotodon optatum, from the Pleistocene of Australia, was the largest marsupial known and the last of the extinct, herbivorous diprotodontids. Diprotodon was the first fossil mammal named from Australia (Owen 1838) and one of the most well known of the megafauna.
It was widespread across Australia when the first indigenous people arrived, co-existing with them for thousands of years before becoming extinct about 25,000 years ago.
WHY shoot camels to make room for MORE sheep and cattle
Camels are made for deserts , deserts are MADE for camels
Australias problems have been created by sheep and cattle NOT camels
camels IMPROVE deserts by creating more shady trees , that create cooler conditions , examine the dust storms and rainfall charts , we need MORE camels and less sheep and cattle
Australian farmers are facing RUIN , yet still refuse to listen to nature screaming at them
FARM CAMELS you fools , or go bankrupt so others can
Farm debt triples since 2000: VFF
Posted Tue Oct 20, 2009 3:00pm AEDT
Farmer debt in central and northern Victoria has tripled since the year 2000.
The Victorian Farmers Federation (VFF) presented a submission to the State Government arguing it should increase support to farmers, not wind it back after good rains in some areas.
But dairy farmers owe the most, with an average $560,000 debt.
kanga ====== snip from DKCRC seems they are PROUD to waste another 38 million dollars shooting camels and driving them wild so they can not be FARMED

The bid team has developed three sample research project proposals for the second round interviews for CRC-REP. These are components of the high-level research programs that I outlined in my August newsletter:
When you reflect on the year there are always personal highlights – not that they are your own work, but they are the work of others you admire.
My own personal highlights of DKCRC achievements in the past year are:
* Our research into feral camels led directly to the Australian Government’s decision to back a $38 million feral camel population reduction project, which among other things will employ and train 19 Aboriginal people.

# The old Aussie motto is : "If it moves, shoot it; if it doesn't, chop it down" - and the Camel Cull does smack of a knee-jerk reaction. Australia is current suffering a human locust plague which is despoiling the countryside; a cull seems desirable. However, back to camels. Our PM is depicted on US TV as a serial killer; but they're probably kidding. The camel, is, as you say, ideal for an arid country such as Australia, though whether in large numbers is a moot point. How is the cull to occur? Machine-gunning from helicopters, as happened to deer in NZ? Better to round them up for export, either as meat, or as racing camels. Australian camels are known for health and vitality. Might as well make a few dollars out of them. The camel is an intelligent beast, once used to pull wool-bale wagons years ago. Where a horse will just pull, if stuck in a rut, the camel will try and negotiate a way out. The Ship of the Desert also has a sense of humour, and is kind and docile, on the whole. Its grumpy facial appearance belies its character. Ah well, humans may massacre Other Species, both Zoologic and Botanic - but Nature may eventually massacre all of us. Which is why Copenhagen had better be more than just a suicide note.

Hi Don
Im amazed at how little IQ has gone into the so called camel problem
Did you see the DUMB cattle farmer COMPLAINING at having to be FORCED to " remove " several thousand camels a year
He is going BANKRUPT trying to farm cattle in the desert and STILL can not see the simple FACTS are its camel country
Cattle farming will destroy the country
Camels are THRIVING and still he fail to join the dots

Its good they at least raised the issue , yes it was spoof , but it DOES raise the question

1 million camels , 30 million cattle, 80 million sheep
In the driest inhabitable continent on earth , bar Antarctica so I read

what ever makes the most money with the most FUN , its a joke

Sadly shooting at them forces them further into the deserts and harder to tame
Its a double WASTE of money
Those who survive will run at the sound of a car or helicopter and HIDE , its simply counter productive
Camels WILL indeed replace cattle in a few decades once the racist CREEPS go bankrupt ,camels are the best large herbivore for Australian red meat industry

Camels are as intelligent as dogs , they have been selected for BRAINS , unlike sheep and cattle who have been CULLED if they display BRAINS , dumb camels get culled by nature very quickly in harsh environments , they live for 50 years and know every hiding pace for hundreds of km

copenhagen is the biggest scam ever , the jews want a carbon trading scheme they can gain control of so THEY can set the price consumers MUST pay THEM to use oil gas and coal Like the salt tax
Once they OWN the rights to set the price of water and carbon , like the diamond industry , the JEWS will be able to extract the entire world wealth over a few decades to RULE THE PLANET , like the brits RULED India via a salt tax
Copenhagen may well be the end of ALL CIVILIZATION for 10000 years if the jews get what they want

# No. It was in book "Flying Fox and Drifting Sand" by Ion Idriess, published back in 1950s or thereabouts.

camels are very very intelligent domesticated animals designed for deserts
australia has VAST deserts
its INSANITY to ignore natures GIFTS and demand European animals be used in Australian deserts
camels will yield FAR better returns in australia than ANY other domesticate animal
its SO PLAIN that it amazwes me at the resistance to utilizing the BEST adapted animals
it is INSANITY to shoot camels in the desert to farm more cattle
INSANITY driven by white racists who believe that ONLY white christian capitalists things can be of ANY value

EVERYBODY and everything MUST be destroyed if its not from western white christian heritage
thank GOD the white christian capitalist EMPIRES are finally COLLAPSING and will soon fade back into the dark ages from where they came so the world can AGAIN blossom AGAIN
