Tuquiri won't be the test case, but sooner, rather than later, the NRL will have a restraint of trade action brought against it and will suffer a very public loss. Although Gallop will have to fall on his sword, suspect he will be well rewarded for being the News Ltd 'bunny' all those years I suspect

What restraint of trade are you talking about? There is no restraint of trade. If you don't like what you are being paid, you move to somewhere that will pay more. It's called life.

I really despair at the human condition sometimes. I know your'e a Qld'er Coops, but you could at least try and familiarise yourself, even a little, with the subject matter.

Where is the restraint of trade? Lote plays under the NRL rules - he doesn't have to come back to RL - he can continue to play union or pull himself. I think the precedent was with Benji - what is it with your bunch of no-hopers at the Tigers? First Benji, now Lote. Trying to play by your own rules?

If I had the time, or indeed if I could be bothered, I'd arrange a 5 year old to walk you through it Herr Welcher
