Thanks.  Found no explicit mention of any contract for Victrip.  But it
could be under
PTC IT outsourcing.   Details not available because 'negotiations not
completed'.   Maybe release
would cause embarassment!?

Any substantial amount of money having been handed over for Victrip would
cause embarassment... Well, if anybody noticed!
