They could be Christians. Lebanese Christians have been migrating to
Western countries for the past one hundred years, if not longer. And
that is why most Lebanese in Western countries 'are' Christians.
Lebanese Muslims, on the other hand, rarely migrate but they do find
jobs in Gulf countries and usually return back to Lebanon.

What I don't understand is your insistence on characterizing these
Lebanese youngsters as "Muslims." Should we Muslims start identifying
all Westerners by their religion?

The paper could be prejudiced. It never bothered to ask these Lebanese
teenagers what's their problem or how they would respond to these
charges.
