Subject: Australian housing shortage is now a "recovery"
How dull can Aussie dullards be? The media drones
and property pimps are now calling the shameful
mass immigration driven housing shortage a
"recovery" and a really good thing.

The same old "sucker speak" from the parasite
elite: The economic shipwreck is going to make a
"soft landing" so everything is all fixed. I trust
that fairytale! Don't you?

We are poor little lambs
Who have lost our way,
Baa! Baa! Baa!

We're little black sheep
Who have gone astray,
Baa! Baa! Baa!

Lunatic dullards on a spree
Damned from here to eternity
God have mercy on such as we;
Baa! Baa! Baa!

# Yes, The Economy needs careful monitoring, or the rip-off merchants will
get away from us.
Petrol Watch isn't mentioned any more, and Grocery Watch seems killed
off by the duopoly.
Milk wholesalers are imposing price reduction on already struggling
dairy farmers, many of whom may decide to leave the industry.  What then?
Import milk from overseas?
    But, back to Housing.
What is an Auction?  Essentially sale to the rich - ie. to the highest
bidder.
Govt grants to potential home-owners is mainly a gift to the vendor, who
jacks up price accordingly.
Same with assistance to pre-school parents, as the cost of such service
climbs beyond reach.
Rental is another racket; and while bond money can recompense
landlords, a strict regime on landlords to provide repairs, etc, seems
urgently needed.
Melbourne water bills are about to rise enormously, as current users
are forced to pay for capital works - instead of the govt raising loans.
If wages are controlled, then so too should be prices - or at least
monitored, with threat of control.
The more the average mug is ripped off by the profiteers, the slower
Recession recovery will be.

What is needed is a brand inside of which these views can be housed.

There is no real poitical force in Australia that says these things.

One is needed.

What words might be on the whiteboard when brainstorming such a brand.

It should be able to attract like minded people.

It should not expose itself to terminal attack.

It should be able to atttract money either buy sales or by resonance
with revenue streams of others.

Despite the central aspect of real estate, any party with that as its
primary focus is doomed to the fate of other single issue parties.

The system has to change to where it's not the only game in town and
that requires a shift away from it rather than a party focused on it.

What's required is perhaps beyond the capabilities of politicians -
invention, not yapping round the edges of what already exists.

You are saying is that such brand would be vulnerable to the "it's
easy to say things like this but much harder to achieve" line and that
to defeat that you need to have innovations that will work. You are
right in that you don't plan to fail. Clearly the quality of your
solutions, of your policy, becomes key. Nice thought.

Aussies enjoy their own Apocalypse

Australia's bloated bankrupt cities spread
like cancers across the land.

The malignant growth of Australian cities has been
designed to enrich the worst sort of people with
unearned profits while doing permanent harm to
many others. The globalist monsters behind this
push are setting in place a global fascist police
state philosophy and mechanism. Do not expect the
media drones to take your side against this.

Despite being the victims, Aussies are hailing this
as a "new" age, and celebrating their own undoing.

Aussies, the worst is yet to come!

--------

Population growth: The easiest way for the wealthy
to transfer wealth from the poor and the plundered
environment to themselves through land-price and
rent mechanisms.

Then you need two things:

1. Alternative paths for people to move down towards wealth
2. Mechanisms where all have the basics

The solution requires both - both to work synergistically.

Clearly a path to make wealth that is associated with lower supplies
of food, clothing, shelter, and health, for starters cannot be part of
the picture. People should only be able to make money out of these
areas by effiiciencies made in production and subsequent expanding
sales associated with lower prices.

What do you have as thoughts for 1 and 2?
