And what would be the reason for this? And assuming this is true, are the people are who are this angry even able to distinguish between Muslims and non-Muslims, Arabs and non-Arabs? Not that it matters, but I'm curious with regard to how you answer this question.

Instead of driving them out, let's find more Thomases, Powells, Condies, Gonzalezes, King Abdullahs and Gulf Sheiks to serve the interests of white Conservatives in the US, UK and Australia. The ONLY way to legitimize Anglo-American hegemony over the world is to continually put forward people of color as representatives. Why is it that despite what the Jewish community have been facing all these years at the hands of Jihadi vigilantes, no one noticed. But when scenes like Cronulla and Paris erupt where non-Jews are also attacked then media takes notice.
