A few years ago I got some very cheap chinese studio flashes with stands.
Are there any places I can buy these from?
Previously I got some from dragon image but they don't seem to have them
anymore.

The last time I popped in, Vanbar Imaging had them. They have an online shop.
But I would expect most of the pro photo suppliers to stock them.
